1. Ceremonial Use Only
All Rapeh products sold through Soultech Sanctum are offered as sacred ceremonial tools. These items are intended for spiritual, educational, and personal development purposes only, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our Rapeh is not evaluated by the FDA and should not be used as a replacement for professional medical care.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any tobacco-containing product from our apothecary. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the sacred and perishable nature of our medicines, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
4. Damaged Shipments
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing support@soultechsanctum.com with photos of the damage. We are happy to replace items that were compromised in transit.
5. Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping within the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, and transit time is approximately 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
